Compassionate daytime care tailored to each individual

Discover safe, structured daytime support with engaging activities, nutritious meals, and compassionate professionals focused on independence and wellbeing.

Personalised daytime care services

At New Beginning Adult Day Care, we provide daytime support for older adults and adults with disabilities, dementia, or those recovering from illness or stroke. Our highly trained, compassionate team delivers personalised care plans that balance safety, independence, and social connection. From assistance with daily activities to meaningful engagement, our community-based programme helps participants remain at home while families gain dependable respite during the working day. We also offer transport and care coordination to help participants and carers access appointments and community resources.

Personal care and nutrition

Our staff support Activities of Daily Living with dignity and discretion, including mobility and transfers, toileting, hygiene, and assistance with eating. We partner with each participant to encourage what they can do independently, stepping in only when needed. Nutritious meals are prepared in line with dietary guidance and personal preferences, featuring breakfast, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack, with special diets and texture modifications available on request.

Therapeutic and social activities

We offer a varied timetable that stimulates mind and body: gentle exercise, cognitive games, arts and crafts, group devotions, music, bingo and cards, plus supervised community outings. Activities are adapted to each person’s abilities and interests to build confidence, connection, and joy. Regular participation supports mood, reduces isolation, and may help maintain cognitive function while fostering meaningful friendships in a warm, welcoming setting.
